User Requests & Enquiries

All authors are being invited to send their requests for following purpose

  • Certificate Soft copy.

  • Certificate reprint

  • Journal Edition copy

  • Changes in authorship before publication

  • Publication fee details

  • Adding more authors before publications

  • Request for special edition

  • Publishing conference proceeding

  • Undisclosed COIs

  • Ethical concern

  • Reviewer misconduct

For these purposes, The editorial board are ready to help the authors. Before sending any type of the request, there must be checked following type of the information as given below:

  • Always specify the paper details ( paper title, Paper id, Volume no , Issue no, Edition) very clear.

  • Please mention all appropriate dates during these activities

  • Please be very clear in what you are asking of the authors or reviewers and provide as much detail as you can of specific concern

  • Please provide a deadline by which you expect an answer

  • Please specify all References for appropriate text from the journal’s author guidelines

  • If another journal is involved and they are aware of the complaint then copy the relevant editor into correspondence.

Editor-in-chief will consider retracting a publication if:

  • They have clear evidence that the findings are unreliable, either as a result of misconduct (e.g. data fabrication) or honest error (e.g. miscalculation or experimental error)

  • The findings have previously been published elsewhere without proper cross-referencing, permission or justification (i.e. cases of redundant publication)

  • It constitutes plagiarism

  • It reports unethical research

Editor-in-chief will consider issuing an expression of concern if:

  • They receive inconclusive evidence of research or publication misconduct by the authors

  • There is evidence that the findings are unreliable but the authors’ institution will not investigate the case

  • They believe that an investigation into alleged misconduct related to the publication either has not been, or would not be, fair and impartial or conclusive

  • The investigation is underway but a judgement will not be available for a considerable time

Editor-in-chief will consider issuing a correction if:

  • A small portion of an otherwise reliable publication proves to be misleading (especially because of honest error)

  • The author / contributor list is incorrect (i.e. a deserving author has been omitted or somebody who does not meet authorship criteria has been included)
